Para 8.7 says Mobil Jet Oil II (O-1D) per MIL-PRF-23699 is an acceptable substitute, but O-1D is unavailable. Hence, delete O-1D and instead rephrase as Mobil Jet Oil II per MIL-PRF-23699 is an acceptable substitute. This was agreed to in 5-8-24 CE Wednesday telecon.
