Consent text for the processing of personal data within the scope of the Explicit Consent Text in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). KVKK Access.
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”), I have been informed about the purposes for which my personal data will be processed by Online Bilgi Hizmetleri Egit. ve Yay. San. Tic. A.Ş. (“ONLILE BILGI”), to whom and for what purposes the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data, and my other rights listed in Article 11 of the LPPD.
In this context, I accept that the necessary information has been provided to me, that I have read and understood this text, the Customer Information Text in Accordance with the Personal Data Protection Legislation, and that my phone number, e-mail address, name and surname and other personal data can be used by ONLILE BILGI to track purchasing habits, provide campaign and package information services, provide guidance regarding products and services, provide information regarding campaigns, and promote, market and campaign activities regarding the aforementioned services and products through social media, search engines, etc. I consent to the processing of my personal data within the scope of the information specified above in order to benefit from all kinds of services offered by ONLILE BILGI, to inform through all kinds of communication tools and channels for the promotion, marketing and sales of the service, and to the transfer of my personal data to ONLILE BILGI affiliates and the aforementioned third parties in order to improve the website and online services in case I participate in ONLILE BILGI online surveys.
In terms of the information and documents listed; it will be accepted by the CUSTOMER that ONLILE BILGI has the right to keep, record, store, process and share these information and documents. Again, regarding these information and documents, it will be deemed that I have irrevocably accepted, declared and undertaken that I have consented/assent to the use, processing, transfer of the special personal data that ONLILE BILGI has/will have and to the transfer of the data and special personal data abroad when necessary.
