These documents, including the National Electric Code®, Life Safety Code®, Fire Code, and National Fuel Gas Code, establish criteria for construction, processing, design, service, and installation in the United States and many other countries.
The guidelines are accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). NFPA Codes are internationally recognized standards.
