The purpose of this amendment is to make corrections to AMS-STD-595A and to add new colors to the defined color index system. Specifically, paragraph e. was changed to paragraph d. to correct paragraph notation, a misspelling of one of the RCAF references was corrected, and all references for “Marine Corp” were changed to “Marine Corps”. Also, several new colors are being added at the request of specific using authorities per the new paragraph e. These colors and their associated CIE L*a*b* digital coordinate data will be added to the Master Color List in Appendix A at the next full revision of AMS-STD-595. 1. Present Requirement: 5.
