About This Item

This standard covers the requirements for non-separable, airframe antifriction needle bearings and corrosion-resistant and traditional materials intended for use in flight vehicle control systems with radial loads. Update testing requirements and information regarding Type II bearings for clarity. Exceptions clarified for Type II bearings on axial clearance, radial runout, and end washer pushout.
