This document establishes the requirements for Aeronautical National Form (ANPT) pipe threads, gages, and gaging methods for determining conformity of aeronautical taper pipe threads to this standard. Dimensional values in several tables are being corrected to reflect calculated values from the provided formulas. Cancelled specifications are being updated to active documents. Additional administrative changes are made to correct typographical errors because of legibility issues with the MIL-P-7105 military specification.
